I know I just posted a question a couple days ago, but now I just found out the my flowmaster is starting to leak, right at the muffler there is a hole and its getting bigger.... Looks like its time for a new exhaust. I have a few questions, please don't flame, I have searched but wanted a couple direct answers....

1. If I run a single chamber exhaust all the way out the back is it alot louder the a 2 chamber like mine currently?

2. Basically goes along with one, but if I dump a single chamber right before my rear wheel is it louder then if I run a single chamber out the back...

Basically I want an exhaust louder then my 2 chamber flowmaster, but not as loud as something dumbed before the wheel. My friend got his dumped, I love it, but my parents don't. I can go louder then what I have, but now as loud as something dumped, unless I can convince them

First of all what engine size do you have? Single chamber is always louder and dumping the exhaust makes it even louder. My magnaflow 18" is routed between the frame and rear leaf and sounds awesome for my tastes.
