Ive got a 98 tacoma 4x4 thats a 4 cyl and i cant figure out what kinda exhuast to use that will give it some tone and not sound like sum damn ricer or a honda can anyone help?

Also im thinkin of putting a revtek 3 inch lift on but people keep telling me i wont be able to really put a bigger tire on and my truck will really be affected by it can anyone help with this too?

Don't know much about the exhaust (would like to see some answers, might be interested myself!). Concerning the lift... The only larger tire you could run would be 32's. Well... You might could run some skinny 33's on rims that have little backspace and do some minor fender trimming.

If i were you i would do the 3" revtec and add a 2" body lift and you shouldnt have any problems with rubbage. As far as affecting your truck, Im assuming they mean the lift? Well it might make your ride a little stiffer, but I haven't noticed anything major with my lift. Maybe they are talking about bigger tires affecting your truck? You will notice less power, it is bearable, but it would be a good idea to regear to gain back lost power and MPG's.

I'm running a revtek 3" lift with 285-75-16 mudders on my 01 taco with no problems. I have no rubbing issues at all.....even on the trails. You will require an alignment after the lift install though.

i have a 14" magnaflow and it sounds great, very deep and not the least bit ricey. very loud and aggressive outside the cab, but inside the cab it's not bad at all, it doesnt drone on the highway or anything like that. you can still hold a conversation or listen to the radio just fine.

as far as the lift, you can fit 32x11.5's or 33x10.5s no problem

I have a flowmaster 40 on my 6cyl, not sure how it would sound on a 4cyl, but it sounds great on my truck!!

Word on the Dynomax super turbo, i'm running a superturbo on my 98 2.7l and it sounds excellent for a 4banger. No ricey sound at all, doesn't drone me out at all.
