If I lift my truck with either one of these two lifts, would I need alignement? What else besides would I need to do? I am new to this and dont know excatly what is takes.

Yes, an alignment would be necessary to make your truck handle correctly and not wear out tires.

What else would you need to do?

1. Get some 33s
2. Regear your differentials
3. Go wheeling with the great folks all across CA!

You do realize that both of these lifts require cutting of the frame, right?

Dont worry about "cutting the frame". Its really not that big a deal.
