I heard that someone on this board can get a hold of factory service manuals for cheaper than I can get one from the dealer. Is this true? I need one for my 02 tacoma. Thanks.

You can go to http://techinfo.toyota.com/ and pay $10 for 24 hours of access to the site. You can download the whole manual in PDF format in 24 hours hopefully and have the whole thing on your computer. They have most '97 and newer available I am told.

I haven't used the site but have heard nothing but good things about it.

Aw man that sucks. Awhlie ago I bought half of the paper copy of FSM and just used the site for the rest. Now I'll have to cough up the dough for the other half. I wonder when that all happened.
