I wonder what platform they will use, or if it will be brand new.
The concept uses some components that look suspiciously like a pre-2005 Tacoma.
S/C'd 3.4L V6
4-speed Auto.
Not that it's a bad thing, just a bit dated.
Shouldn't they at least use the new 4.0?
I hope they'll keep keep the price down, unlike the $60,000 current LC...

I like the front, except the freaking blinkers/parking lights are bigger that the headlights. I would stretch the grill out to the sides to fix that. The rear is a bit of a mess with too many weird angles and a stupid looking tiny rear side window. Other than that, it's cool as hell.

Then Toyota is shooting themselves in the foot. People pay $60K for the LC because it's luxiorious and refined. This vehicle, if it keeps those wheels, tires, engine, transmission and suspension will be anything but refined. Don't get me wrong, I love the V6 in my Tacoma, but it won't cut it in this vehicle. It will probably be a great off-road machine, but who would take a truck that expensive on a trail where a winch comes in handy?!? I say, get rid of the front and rear winch and sell it for less than $35K. That would make a lot more sense.
