I'm researching my sas swap for the spring and think I want a fj60 or 62 axle in the front. The problem is flipping the axle. I can't seem to find much info on flipping the axle so if anyone has any experience with this chime in or link some threads. I'm aware I'll need to cut and clock the ends to reset the caster, do I need to swap left and right or can I just reclock? Are the outer bearings lubricated with gear oil or are they sealed off and lubricated separately? Do I need to do anything to the diff cover so to speak to control the fluid level? Thanks for all the help. Also, does anyone have any info on an fj80 rear e-locker in the fj60 front axle?
