Membership will be $16.00 this will include a membership to the FL4WDA and United as well as covering any paypal fees.

Or you can pm me for a physical address you can send the application and $20.00 to if you so prefer.

Just a quick note for everyone, You can fill these out and send them to Neil and pay later. If you noticed, he did not put up any address or routes to send money yet. He has to send in a MINIMUM of 5 at a time so just get him the form and he will send you an email or a physical address to send $$$ to...

As of right now I only have 2 membership forms and we need at least 5 people to sign up to join as a club. I would rather have 5 forms in my inbox before I start collecting money. So as to avoid any transaction fees imposed by paypal...in case I have to return the money due to lack of interest.
