Has anybody used these? http://www.jcwhitney.com/autoparts/Product/tf-Browse/s-10101/Pr-p_Product.CATENTRY_ID:2003918/p-2003918/N-111+10201+600003835/c-10101

I just got a set of custom made wheels. I got them made reverse lip, which means that the valve stem hole is behind the spokes. This means I need a real short valve stem to clear the brake calipers. Those flush valve stems will give plenty of clearance, but I was wondering if there was any problems with them? They look like a good idea.

I'll answer my own question.

I installed them before I got my tires mounted, and I really like them. On 17" wheels with a reverse rim there's plenty of clearance between the valve and the brake calipers. They give a nice clean look too.
It's pretty easy to air the tires up with the valve extender in place. You only use the extender when you fill up the tires. Just thought you guys might want to check them out. They would also come in handy for hardcore wheelers, where rocks can tear off regular valve stems.

BTW, I'm lovin these Silent Armor tires. They're awesome in the rain, and pretty good in the mud. We haven't gotten any real snow yet.
