I have developed a front diffirential leak. It is leaking from around the bolts that attach the drive shaft to the front diffirential. Is this a serious repair? Any help would be appreciated.

My front diff. leaking, also. I don't think it is the drive shaft of mine, though. I dropped it off last night at the place that did my gears. I will let you know what I find out and maybe it will help you a bit. Good luck with yours.

there is a seal behind the pinyon yoke, take d-shaft off, remove pinyon nut, prmove pinyon yoke, replace seal, put back together

Mine was leaking too, the seal was not set in their right.
