'96 Taco, no dice

Does anybody know where this relay is located on the '97 Taco? The fuse box on my 97 indicates it's for the "HEATER", not the "PWR OUTLET". I can't find any relay that indicates pwr outlet in the fuse box.

I have the same problem with my '96 Taco V6. There wasn't a plug for the power outlet on that year (I suppose I could wire my tail lights to run all the time- but that might get annoying) :) . The fuse is the smaller kind located within the truck. I was really disappointed to find out. I made the jump wire and everything! Someone speak up if they figure out how to get around this
