BUMP this old thread for a 97 Tacoma. How do you do it?I have the same problem with my '96 Taco V6. There wasn't a plug for the power outlet on that year (I suppose I could wire my tail lights to run all the time- but that might get annoying). The fuse is the smaller kind located within the truck. I was really disappointed to find out. I made the jump wire and everything! Someone speak up if they figure out how to get around this
