Called up LC, talked to Brandon and got a lot of good information before placing an order for one of their longblocks built for 4x4 applications. He even talked me out of installing the throtle body and header off the bat because he said he'd rather us just be impressed by the engine alone; then if we were happy, to come back and get the other bolt ons. Was recomended by Demello Offroad, so dropped their name and TTORA, so Brandon shaved a good amount of cash off the shipping, a few stickers, and T-shirts as well.
The engine showed up on time, and in perfect condition. All the paperwork and instrcutions in order and all the gaskets in the world to do the install. Turn the key off for the last time and 25 man hours later turned it back over and the engine fired right up after the fuel got up to the EFI.
The thing runs beautiful and very strong. After a little break-in and tuning, it should be trouble-free.
