I run poly with greaseable shackles as well as a greaseable main eye.

It's completely quiet, just like stock. If the greaseable stuff hadn't killed the racket that was coming from underneath my truck I would have gone back to rubber.

I could only keep my suspension quiet for a few weeks by greasing the bushings on my leaf springs. Only for days with silicone spray. Then the noise would return.

If you can't tolerate noise I highly recommend going greaseable. I guess some people learn to live with poly bushing noise, but it sounded like something was going to break or fall off my truck. If it was a trail rig only I could tolerate it, but my truck is a daily driver.

The bonus, at least from initial impressions, is longer bushing life as well from the lubrication.

Old Man Emu Heavy-Duty shackles. They aren't any longer so obviously no lift. I only have them for the silence.
