personally i wouldnt have ordered from them if they:
1) did not awnser their phones
2) if I didnt know of anyone who has bought from them previously

From the website it looks to be a garage built opperation kinda business, so maybe the guy is just busy or on vacation or something...I'd keep calling and leaving messages. I'm assuming you are calling within their business hours listed on the website, buit i guess that shouldnt matter if you are leaving messages.

hopefully someone else can offer some real help, but that sucks dude, hopefully it will all work out for you.

ya, I'm more worried about having to wait to get them than losing any money. Because I paid with a credit card, if anything goes wrong, my credit card company will be taking the heat not me. I am calling during business hours.

Well, HellCreek finally sent me an email with a tracking number and my shocks have shipped. They seem to be legit. I'll report after installing the shocks. If they turn out to perform well, they are a great deal at $90 a pair.

I'm pretty sure those struts are just rough country "super" struts.

well you beat me to them. please let me know what you think of them..............like it matters cause my wallet is telling me i have to go with these struts anyways

i was supposed to order them a couple of weeks ago but my wife needed new tires so there went my strut money

oh yeah, here's an email i got from wheeler's off-road about these heckethorn/super struts/nitro's:

"They are a heavy duty gas charged shock, the firmness is similar to a Bilstein HD, they are an excellent shock for the price and better than the Rancho's. We have them for 99.00/pair.

i had also gotten a response from hellcreeksuspension though it took a few days. they just seem to be kinda a side job setup.

again, PLEASE let me know what your thoughts on the struts are. but i know anything aside from these blown stock struts will make me much happier.
