Ok,I need a little information here.I have done a deckplate and True Flow air filter in my 4Runner so far and I want to do the ISR mod and Possibly a set of headers. What is gonna be the best as far as headers go? Considering I want them Ceramic coated of course. Also, what route should I go on getting a pipe for the ISR mod? Thanks in advance for any help.

TRD are going to be the best headers with JBA comming in a close second. They both, however, are going to be a pain to install, and for a N/A truck are going to net very small performance gains at best. As far as the ISR mod, the AirAid MIT is probably the cleanest route to go, but there are several write ups for using the stock tube. If you are going to do the ISR or MIT, think about getting the "O" shaped throttle body gasket from URD. I ran my truck with everything in my sig accept the S/C for 60k and was always a little dissappointed with the performance gains considering the money I spent.
