1) front bumper relocation bracket
2) 2" steering shaft extension
3) uhmw lift blocks
4) 2" bed spacers
5) standard or heavy duty mounting hardware
6)2" shift lever extension (for manual only)
7) beer and pizza for friends ;)

I think thats it

Just email him Davis3000's list and ask him to give you the total price for your truck to your zip and he'll get back to you with the quickness; I would get the grade 8 hardware (HD) and everything else on his list is right.

You might consider getting poly body mounts to replace your surely worn rubbers. You'll have to remove the bolts that hold them anyway.

just sumthing u might not have thought of but might later, some ppl suggest u use gap gaurds to cover up the space between body and frame, yes they look nice but if u go wheelin u dont want them b/c mud builds up behind the on frame and stuff and they have always been a problem when cleaning my friends truck, so we took them off and u can easly remove dirt off top of frame and bottom of cap, bed, etc. u can see the gap but when cleaning it saves alot hassle.

are u getting everything seperate or what i just skimmed thorugh it so i dont know. A single cab has 6 body mounts on the body and 6 in the rear plus the zinc blocks but those are optional. Make sure you hijack the drivers side for the steering extension otherwise your screwed for a few days like i was until i figured it out. Thanks alot to performance accesorries great directions. Its not that hard once u get going but u might want a few friends to help u out. Also for the radiator drop down i didnt do mine i just took off my fan shroud and cut it so the top two bolts are screwed in. Saves time. Good luck
