So I do not understand why the boost guage light color is green instead of orange like the rest of my interior lighting. How do I change the backlight color in the boost guage to orange?

Well, for starters... What brand / make is your boost gauge??... TRD? I believe the TRD boost gauges are actually manufactured by Autometer (who don't offer orange illumination).
On the other hand... If it's an Autometer-built boost gauge, you should be able to remove the bulb and change the condom (translucent slip-on thingie) from a green one to any color you like...
The only manufacturers offering thru-the-dial orange illumination are GReddy (60mm warning gauges - silver series) and Defi (D-Gauge series).

Remove the bulb, it's probably a #161. Take it down to Autozone or something and get their amber replacement. You can find most of the these types of bulbs in natrual uncolored, amber, green, blue and red. Just find one that has the same base, size and shape I think something like a #163 with a letter to indicate color i.e. G for green B for blue etc. will work for you too.

Yep but I wanted green and started with white. Must be the older gauge I have.
