I have searched the forum and I can't really find the answer. I have a 2002 Dcab 3.4L V6 that I need to have the AT flushed. How many quarts needed plus can I actually buy synthetic AT fluid and take it to the dealer and have them use it?

ya, i had mine flushed and it took around that, or so the ticket said.

Is there another way to Flush the Tranny without having to use all any special equipment? I would like to change to Synthetic, so am assuming that i would need to flush?
