Hey everybody. I'm only 14, but just want to be ahead of the game so I know what to modify and how much to spend when that magical let's-go-buy-a-truck moment rolls around.

I'm already saving and have a list of things to do:
*96+ IFS Tacoma(Mini or DCab)(SAS too expensive and no good for my plans)
*Fabtech/Donahoe Front CoilOvers
*All-Pro Replacement A-arms(for travel)
*New leaves and rear shocks
*Switch acuatied locker or limited slip(need help deciding...)
*31'' Mud tires
*MileMarker Winch

........and misc. power improvements; K&N air intake, Jardine exaust things of that nature.

Heady plans for a kid that still relies on his sister for transportation
Whatcha think?

1.Donahoe beats out fabtech. PERIOD. But, at $950, you may think about SAW's, for $650. Very good.2. Camburg arms, or just keep the stockers. Don't trust me, trust Donahoe. He won the baja 1000 with stock upper arms, and then used them again!!! They are better than you think. All pro do not have the best rep. here. Search the threads on upper a- arms. 3. Get the Deaver AAL pack. You won't believe the difference, and the cost is less than half of the full pack. I agree, some kind of different shock in back. 1st choice, bil's 5100. 2nd choice, doetch tech mv12. SOFT rear shock. 4. LSD. No need for a locker, truthfully. Not at first. 5. BFG or Goodyear A/t. Not mudders. Ride like, well, mudders, wear faster. You can do all kinds of stupid stuff with A/T's. Winch..... sure. I don't have one. I don't need to rock crawl that much, either. I get through JUST FINE, on NO locker, and Goodyear A/T.Goto the wheeling threads, look up Big Burn snow run. I'm the stocker in the vids. I only got stuck once, and some with lockers and mudders had to winch out where I made it through. Go with the club, and learn your truck. And save your money!!! :xdevil:
