Hey Guys

I disconnected the battery for more than a day and now my idle is crazy and is sitting on 500 rpm and the engine is shaking

The "ONLY" thing I did was disconnect the battery to put a new one. Before this, everything was working normal

I have been looking on youtube but I don't find any DIY on how to reset for: 2nd Generation Tacoma 2.7 2TR-FE (My Car is a 2007)

BTW, I don't have any Malfunction Light on the instrumente panel.

I forgot to mention that my car only have 79,000 KMS

The ECM is self learning. It starts at a base fuel trim and adjusts based on drive cycle performance. I've had the same problem with the older 2.7L, but it was using high idle, not low. After driving for a couple days the idle returned back to normal.

Hello Guys,

Well, my mechanic, reset the Electronic Throttle with his computer and now everything is OK. RPM are dead on 800 rpm at idle
