That sounds better than humping all the way up to Shaver Lake...
I heard K38 has been closed to camping/surfing. Is this true?
Either way I'm planning a Shaver Lake event with some folks up there. Real good wheeling out that way and it's high elevation so the summer would not be an issue.
Forgot about Shaver lake I'm already looking forward to that... Wut was I thinking...
K38 has been developed long ago, can no longer camp on the point. But you can enter the water at Teresa's and paddle around the point...
But, I'm talking about getting much further south.. at least 2-3 hours south of Ensenada, preferably down to Abreojos...
As for the news, keep it up... It'll just keep the waves clear of kooks.. What do people think, going to TJ for the nightlife - that's just stupid.. Even Rosarita/Ensenada - that ain't mex....
Probably best to wait for chubasco season anyways...
OK - let's just forget I started this thread... Shaver Lake didn't appear on the Calendar of Events in this forum, nor on the ttora-socal.com website. Simply had an attack of old-timers disease...
You're lucky I won't be in Cali by then, or else I would drag you to baja. VIVA BAJA !
