damn dude both of them are not sounding too good anymore. I guess you get what you pay for. that is probably why they are cheaper than most. thanks for the info dude. that will definantly affect my decision. maybe i should just wait and save up a little for the arb or tjm. then i won't have to worry as much. what kind of bumper are you running?

Ahhh- TTORA rule #1: "When you shop with your wallet first, you get what you pay for".

Buy one of Jason Demello's bunpers with no regrets about the money you spent... and remember TTORA rule #2: Someone will always post that "you spent too much or that so-and-so made one cheaper"

just wondering if anyone has a bumper from kennesaw mountain and if it is a good quality bumper or not. it looks like a pretty sweet bumper. I cant make up my mind between it and the one from badland bumpers. any insight would be great. I don't want to get it and regret it. help please.
I have the prototype and my truck is on kyle's website ;) It took two bumpers to get what I have now and a lot of tweeking.

but...there have been so many problems with other guy's bumpers in the last year or so I just can't recommend one unless you have it installed at his shop in Atlanta. If you don't mind doing a lot of tweeking and adjusting then the price is pretty good compared to other brands. Just don't expect it to be a 'no-fuss' bolt-on bumper.

the BEST thing to do is buy local. I know there are at least 2 fab shops in AZ owned by ttora members so check with the AZ forum for locations. this way you don't mess with shipping and can have the thing installed on site. Any problems that might crop up can be quickly and easily dealt with.

The Squeaky Wheel still gets hits... got this early AM today:

"I have posted a complaint at www.TheSqueakyWheel.com and another potential customer has just viewed the complete details of my complaint!

At this time, my complaint has been viewed by 9159 people.

Because this page has been indexed by 5 major internet search engines more people will be viewing it"

Obviously, Kyle blocked my email address long ago (The Squeaky Wheel emails the company from your email every time someone looks at the complaint).

9,159? wow...

I occcasinally get emails through this site from other dissatisfied customers; unfortunately it seems alot of people (like me) find out more horror stories after the fact. Here's one I just got last weekend from another unhappy customer:

"hey chris, joe customer (I didn't want to use his name w/o permission) from city, ST,
man those guys got some crappy fabricators. my bumper story is very
similar to yours. them boys need to go back to welding school. i am an
ironworker by trade and i know what a weld is supposed to look like.
kennesaw mtn accessories is pathetic. they better hope i'm never in
georgia - i'll shove that bumper up there ass right after i light it on
fire. if you want any back up on future articles to off road magazine
articles or what ever -- just let me know. i'd like that # of the fraud
officer down there. you are not alone. sincerely joe customer"

Also, unfortunately, many people feel like this guy:

"chris, thank you for your response and feed back. i know it's pretty much a lost cause and all. however any chance i get to put a bur under their saddle and throw a wrench in their gears...............sincerely, joe customer city, ST

It is unacceptable yet sad that he's still in 'business'...
