Are left/right CVs interchangeable? I have ADD (not the disease) on an 01 Taco.

Lol, nice clarification, although add is not considered a disease but a disorder,,, if you're like me you might be wondering what's the difference and the short answer is that if you say disease you might touch a nerve of someone sensitive.
