I haven't installed my mounting bracket yet but I have used my co2 set up plenty of times.

I payed :
25.00-mounting bracket from manny in houston
25.00-co2 tank on ebay
40.00-regulator on ebay
3.99-hose from harbor freight
25.00-husky air tool set from ebay (used)

This is the best pic I have right now, truck is in the shop.

The rack has a mounting plate welded to it with nuts welded to the plate.

Nothing actually, it's been wheeled hard just like it is and I've never had an issue, although I've thought about securing it while in the down position. The weight of the tank and the bed cover must be keeping it there. I have seen no signs of it hitting the bed cover though, but if it was out in the open I would secure it down.
