You should be able to go to a Home Depot or someplace similars hardware dept and get a piece of steel with holes drilled in it. Something similar to plummers tape but thicker. Basically it is a piece of metal about a half inch wide with holes drileed in it every half an inch or so. Cut a piece about five inches long you may need to file out the holes slightly to make them line up with holes on your bpv and axle housing.
I just had my local tire shop make a bracket and install while they did an alignment. They only charged me $38 to install my extended rear brake line, make and install the BPV extension bracket, and bleed the brakes. I can post a pic. later if anyone's interested...
