Anyone ever make a BPV for a 3 inch suspension lift before? If not does anyone have the measurements about how long to make it?

simple. you'll need 2" + 2" (for bolt holes) + 3" in the middle for your lift.

You should be able to go to a Home Depot or someplace similars hardware dept and get a piece of steel with holes drilled in it. Something similar to plummers tape but thicker. Basically it is a piece of metal about a half inch wide with holes drileed in it every half an inch or so. Cut a piece about five inches long you may need to file out the holes slightly to make them line up with holes on your bpv and axle housing.

I just had my local tire shop make a bracket and install while they did an alignment. They only charged me $38 to install my extended rear brake line, make and install the BPV extension bracket, and bleed the brakes. I can post a pic. later if anyone's interested...

have a local weld shop cut your existing bracket right in half and weld in a 3" extension.
