I didnt know where to post this so I decided to go here!

Finally finished fabbing my bed bar and painting it,thanks to Alan,Chris,Jennster,my wife and a few others for your help and support

The bed bar is made from 1 1/2" steel tubing .120 wall the hi-lift sits on top of the crossbars and is locked by 2 locking lug nuts, and it's pretty much the same for the spare also, that way everything is safe and secure. The hi-lift also sits on the crossbars with (2) 1/2" rubber bushings so there is no metal-metal contact and no vibration at all!!!! I will be adding more stuff to it down the road such as under the spare light tabs for strobes (bling bling) a shovel mount for the other side, and a co2 tank mounted vertically under the spare tire mounting plate and a few other misc things.Obviously nothing is wired yet either....that will be another weekend project.

The way it is designed is for everything to sit on the crossbars so I have plenty of room under the bed bar for coolers and camping gear and stuff

check it out, please tell me what you think
