Those things look mad beefy! How much do they weigh? So the frame rails go into those U-grooves and they are welded in, right?

theyre heavy, 3/8" at the bottom, theyre bolts ons, with 5/8" bolts with the 1/2" thick faceplate, i mounted them next to the cross members so its solid, yeah i could have gone with something lighter, but it was scrap steel laying around, i had to do something with it plus i wanted to try something new
