Are there any problems with putting on N85s with my stock (sagging) springs? I have Alcans that need to go on too, but I'm not sure I have enough down time that I can do both all at once, so I was wanting to break the project up a little bit. What does everyone think?

you can run them with the stock springs for a little while but the shocks will probably bottom out occasionally(which obviously wont be good for you or the shocks) - you should probably just wait to install all at once

Yeah, that's kind of what I thought might be the problem. What about reversing it, ie. doing the springs first and shocks later? The springs are set for 3.5" over stock. Am I going to pull a shock apart?

yes - you will overextend the shock.
