My check engine light came on two days ago and the reading on my obd was cylinder 2 misfire. The urd went on about 5ooo miles ago. what exactly does this mean. I dont feel like it is running funny or anything.

I had several of those codes early on. I switched to the IK22's and have only had a few since. I seem to get them if I have gas from not so well known stations. Gadget had a few kits that had them more frequent from not tightening the cap on spark plug good enough and improperly gapping them. If you are only getting it on cylinder #2 then you should swap it for an adjacent cylinder and see if it follows the plug or is localized to the #2. If it is #2 then check your soldering job. It's kinda exciting to get a CEL once in a while isn't it? Kinda like wow, I have some tinkering to do in the garage now! Let us know how it goes.
