I have a set of Alcan leaves on my truck and they aren't new but they have probably 500-600 miles on them. My problem is they are stiff as hell. I don't haul anyting with the truck, but I do need them soft and flexy. It's just a trail rig so my question is do I leave them and see if they settle more, pull some leaves out of them or sell them and buy a set of truck leaves and add a leaf? If I do sell them what would be a good price for them? If anyone has any other suggestions than feel free to chime in.

they wont be broken in for a while, throw some sand bags back there. you got them custom made didnt you? if so didnt you give them your weight specs? you could soften them by removing a leaf or 2 but that will take lift away. you could always regain that with shackles though. i bet you could trade somone
