Need to borrow a working cat for my 99 4x4 V6 taco to see if that is why im failing smog. I've done all the maintenance work possible outside of a new cat or an engine rebuild. I live in Diamond bar, if anyone would let me borrow the cat for a day i can buy beer.

what reading is it failing? what section is past Max and causing it to fail. The different chemicals indicate what is the culprit.

Go read his NB thread. It covers all those details. Basically he has high combustion temps causing the NO to fail. He also doesn't have an EGR system.
