Make it known that these DO NOT completely solve the issue of uniballs getting dirty.
You still need to remove these occasionally and clean/ lube the uniball.

We see the purpose of this cap as a layer of protection to help prevent premature wear. Excessive amounts of dirt and grime collecting on the exposed uniball only makes them wear out that much faster. Using a stainless FK bearing as we due is a positive, but people still fight this issue. I am sure most can understand the value this cap has in rough element areas, and how it will help. Cleaning them from time to time is definitely not something that will hurt, and something we would recommend as well.

I'm glad companies have started to seal them better. Prior, it was only the "monster" arms from australia that have this feature.
Up here in the salt belt, i'm sure it will make a huge difference.

Nice! Wish the other manufactures of UCA, does this.
I have thought of making these.
