I just got new wheels and tires. 33x12.50x15 super swamper boggers and 15x10 rock crawler. these tires are sick. they are so loud. i am going to keep an eye on my airpressures so i will get good milage on them. will post pics soon.

Sometimes they fit, other times the grinder has to come out and do a little bit of shaving on the caliper, black steelies look sick as heck!!!!

What company are the wheels from? I was looking into some 16x8 rockcrawlers but 4wp said they won't fit..

the 97 series usually don't fit...
either you have to get the wheelers black steels
or hope that 4wp still have 87 series...you have to request for them...

These will fit, may need some grinding, mine didint, but ther were close! I talked to J.C. he sais they may not fit, but i went ahead with them and they worked, most places will tell you that they wont fit, due to the largeness of the calpier on tacomas. MOST places wont sell you something that isnt supposed to work.

What series Rock Crawler did you get? Where did you get them from? Backspacing?

I don't mean to steal the thread, but while we're on the topic of rockcrawlers, does anyone know if 16x8's would possibly clear the calipers better than the 15s?

It isn't the outer edge of the caliper that hits, it is the outside edge that rubs, so it wouldn't matter what the diameter of the wheel is.
