I noticed that some people with the trd's are putting spacer lifts are asking for NON TRD COILS. Is there a difference then putting the spacer on TRD COILS?

TRD coils are progressive rate, non-TRD are not. When you put a spacer in a TRD coil, it makes it ride worse than the same spacer in a non-TRD. So, people opt to install the spacer in a different coil to help their ride, since ride with a spacer is harsher to begin with.
