I also want to say thank you to Jason Demello, Ive been in his shop for the past 4 years working with him on stuff and working on my own stuff. Everything I have done is because of him. He lets me use his tools, work on my projects in the shop and even some of the metal LOL. Hes just flat out one of the best friends I have.

Thanks Jason!

11.5 up front (strapped off) and 16 in the rear (strapped off)

no glass fenders in the rear until i put a t100 axle under it.. and right now i just want to go drive it in the dirt...

No offense taken, i was just putting a point across.

The T-100, Tundra, non-TRD Tacoma use the 8.4 diff (210mm). The TRD Elocker is 8 inches (200mm). If you have a non TRD tacoma, you can swap diffs, if you have the elocker it will not bolt up.

nope, elocker wont just swap over, on ryans truck the first axle he had we swapped teh bolt ring off the trd axle onto his non trd t100 rear end... worked good it really doesnt matter as far as teh trd part goes, i rarely use it anymore.

What type of seats are those? Were they hard to get mounted or did you get brackets made for them?
Beards, you can order seatmounts, i did have them bolted to teh floor at one time, but i mounted them to the cage now.. its much stronger that way

Nice rig man, I've always loved desert trucks, but we have no desert on the east coast. It's hard to tell, but is your bed tube tied into the roll cage?
Yes it goes threw the cab and connects to the cage.. the cab is also welded up to those bars to remove all movement

Why do you have the TC kit strapped off at only 11.5" when it can safely pull about 13"? Are you using modified Tundra CV's or custom widened Taco ones? Also what size tires are you running and how do they clear the stock bedsides at 16" of travel? Did you pull the bedsides a little bit? Just curious...

Looking really good! :D
