I am thinking about replacing the stock o2 sensors on are 99 4Runner. They have about 165,000 on them so I figure it's overdue. Which ones have you guys uses and which one to stay away from?

toyota does not like bosh sensors (at least the taco's).

I bit the bullet and got OEM when I did mine. I always go with OEM for sensors, timing belts, fuel filters, etc. I go parts store brand with oil/air filters, accessory belts.

It might not be needed, but I've never had a problem where I had to guess if it was the quality of the sensor/etc.

Tho I have heard many problems with the bosh sensors on several boards.

I have not had any problems with Bosch personally. I think they come with a one year warranty, not sure if the OEM ones have a warranty or not. Also not sure of the price difference.
