i just bought this thing on ebay. looks pretty good, but havent even installed it. it is not painted black like the photo, bare steel. im lifting my 4runner instead of my tacoma, so would like to get rid of the bumper. asking 200, plus shipping, im in raleigh NC.

it doesnt have shackles, but it has shackle mounts. i have no clue what shipping would be to PA, it was a little more than $50 bux from Oregon. i can check on the cost. my email is [email protected], email if still interested.

I just bought one from his old ebay handle "blueheronglass." I think I got the prototype. I got it for $225+shipping. It included the d-ring mounts and hitch. He didn't have the option stuff at the time. I wish he would've given me the heavy duty frame mount option. The bumper is pretty beefy, but I think that part could use some extra bracing. He also needs to work on his welding skills a bit, some parts are kind of messy. Maybe as he makes more, he'll get better.
