. Ive checked for a gasket but I recall hearing that only RTV sealer was used. Is this true and is there a Toyota specific sealer that is used 
i had mine replaced by the stealership, when it was under warranty, i dont know if urs is or not, but check if you can
EDIT mines actually starting to leak again, from what they told me at the timr its kinda a hit or miss thing when they start leaking, but they tell me many stories that dont always make sense to me like the time they said i didnt have an rear diff locker yet the button is right on the dash
