Nope I have no idea what your lift will be with those shocks but it won't matter because you will be bouncing all over the place. The factory bilstiens won't dampen the OME spring rate. You can get away with HD Bilstiens or the OME shocks though. Lift is very dependent on body style and the weight off add ons(winch bumpers etc..) With a stock taco expect between 2.5-3" of lift.

yea, pretty bored...been on one snow run so far but I really want to head back up there after getting around 12' in the last week, weee! I thought I'd plow into a 10' drift backwards, take pics and then winch myself out, LOL

I have a bunch of woodworking projects that have to be done before going back to work but I'm waiting for all this rain to stop so I can get my materials...going on 2 weeks straight, sheesh.

I'm hoping to have a crawler installed before AZ rocks :D

Thanks for the info still pretty new to the IFS stuff

Not problem, It's pretty simple, you have to match the spring rate to the dampening rate. Coilovers have tuned valving and the OME's were matched. Just like the OEM coils and struts are matched but at a much softer rate.

If you get a krass annswer from me now and then take it with a grain of salt, not that you would know since this is a new forum I can't tell youi to use the search so we need to rebuild the posts for the search feature. It's a very good question actually.

I run the OME 882 and OME struts . Very well balanced combo. and a big impriovement from stock.. It's a good value.

I find the OME 882 and OME shocks to be a decent upgrade. The ride is significantly more rough and jarring then stock, but the truck handles very nicely on the road. People think I am nuts the way I can take turns with my truck.

this is not to hi-jack the original post, i'm about to install OME 881's with F4-B46-2284-H0 Bilsteins shocks. these new shocks are significantly fatter than the oem trd's. i'm assuming they should match pretty well with the 881's?
