If you don't mind having it in pdf on your computer, it is available on toyota tech's website. You can access it for $10 a day, and if you have a fast connection, you could go ahead and download the FSM and all the TSBs for your truck too. Just another option. I know that I never carry my owner's manual in the truck, so on the computer would be as good as printed for me.
If you must have printed, you should check eBay too, they're on there all the time.
