I don't have any issues with mine. I have a 2" lift. The 3" requires a little more work. Some people have had the pucks go through the floor board. Easy fix is to have a custom "washer" to spread out the load. Another issue is having the cab move. If you do high speed wheeling or come down off of a rock at an angle, or have some sort of jolt, the body could shift (a lot or a little, depending on how wlee the bolts are torqued).
Other than those, I have installed a handfull of PA body lifts. They weren't difficult. The biggest pro is that it lifts the bed off the tranny so it is easier to get the the top 2 bolts on the tranny.
