In cooperation with Hawaii 4X4 Association we are planning a trail clean up at Peacock Flats on May 7th. This date is tentative as of now. Looking to see how many volunteers are able to help. Will need to tools such as weed trimmers and chain saws. If you are interested in helping please sign up so that we can plan out the logistics.

Latest update on the clean-up. I won't be able to make it, but any and all are welcome to join the group. There are many people from different organizations going.

We will meet at 0800 7 May at the Home Depot 4600 Kapolei Parkway
Kapolei, HI 96707
We will head up shortly after that.
Plan is to work the side trails and clear what we can. Some areas are heavily over grown. We will break up into teams with a lead and ensure someone has comms with the groups via CB.

If you have any of the following please bring it:

Chain Saw
Weed Eater/Saw
Shovel
Axe
Pick
Handsaw
Machetee
Gloves
Eye/Ear protection/ sun glasses/ hat/ sun screen
Plenty of Water
Food for a group picnic

Prefer that if you are going to use any equipment that pants and shoes are worn.

When we are done we will all head up to the Flats for a picnic.
