Great photos! Those rocks are incredible. Glad to see this thread coming back alive! I’ve been away for a few years myself, but my interest is peaking again. Post some more photos of your truck!

I had a '97 LX450, which aside from a few scratches by my wife in the corners of the bumpers, was in excellent condition... but I sold it about 8 years ago for only $6,000.00!!! 😭😭😭After years of my neglect, the old gal got some love with new wheels. View attachment 61920
It's crazy what kind of money people are spending on land cruisers these days. But the same goes for all Toyota 4x4s. We were twins back in 2003. I even have the scrapes in the bumper wish I could blame the wife. I'll be building a front bumper for it sometime this summer to fix that though. At least you still have that nice 97!I had a '97 LX450, which aside from a few scratches by my wife in the corners of the bumpers, was in excellent condition... but I sold it about 8 years ago for only $6,000.00!!! 😭😭😭 View attachment 61923

Looks good. Welcome aboard! Here’s my 01 DCSB TRD off-road. I’ve had it since 2017. Since it is still my only vehicle, I have kept it relatively stock - notwithstanding a modest upgrade to General Springs HD leaf springs in in 2020.
I've had to add a cap to turn the bed into a gear closet for the past 2 years just because apartment living hasn’t afforded me the extra storage. In a way it’s nice to always have all the gear Ineed for whatever running/hiking/skiing/biking/climbing I’m doing, I do look forward to having an open bed again. I hope to share the new build-out when that happens.
