Well, this post I guess is related somewhat to my post below. I plan on removing the 60/40 seats from my 98 Tacoma Extra Cab to wash the covers and I figured while they are out, I might as well pull the carpet and clean it (buddy has a carpet cleaner I can borrow. How difficult (after the seats are pulled) to remove the rest of the carpet? I figured I would have to remove the plastic around the shifter (auto) and the door sill plastic, other than that there can't be much else. Anyone want to add?

I think you`ll need to unbolt the front seat belts where they bolt to the floor. The rear kick panels don`t have to be removed entirely. Just pop the bottom out and you can slide the carpet out and back in when you`re through. Also I think you have to remove the side kick panels under the dash. They slide out after you remove the plastic door sill.
