I just installed the TOY-AUX so I can run audio out of my laptop and MP3 player into my stock stereo. Works great except for one problem...I've been using a power inverter to power the laptop but it interferes with the TOY-AUX and I get horrible feedback.

Any thoughts on how to remedy this or another way to power the laptop???

My only thought is to get a car kit for your laptop, I think they make those right?

Try a ground loop isolator. It will remove that interferance. You can probably get one the same place you got the PIE adapter. I think that radio shack used to sell them too.
