As stated, just a quick confirmation. The alternators for the v6's put out 14.6 volts correct?

I replaced the alternator, had it rechecked, but only getting 12.6 volts out of it making me to believe I need to redo the wiring again from the fuse box for the third time since the alternator tested out to be good. I just can't remember what the reading was from the voltage test A.Z

14.5 ish on my 09 and the same range on my 85 too

Ok, thanks! I was thinking it was the typical 14.6 as with most v8's but I am sure anything over 14 would be average.

Looks like rewiring the ignition wires...again :(
