Mine squealed once but I found out that I had hit the neighbor's cat.baker34 said:My brakes are beginning to squeal. I know that I need to replace the pads. How difficult is this and should I also replace the rotors?
I will probably stick with OEM!!!
i replaced my pads the other day go to advanced auto parts and get some that come with Lifetime replacement warrenty...that way u wont ever have to buy another pair again. just make sure u open up ur break fluid cap so it can release the pressure when u compress the pistons to put the caliper back onbaker34 said:My brakes are beginning to squeal. its not hard ar all and when you pull your wheel off look at the rotors and see if they are groved or pitted. when you take the caliper off the rotor you can just pull the rotor off the hub also look to see if it is visibly warped. (i.e. not flat but has some bend to it.) its a 30 min job all in all.baker34 said:How difficult is this and should I also replace the rotors?
