We completed the front Swap in 3 long days at a buddies place. Considering the issues we ran into with parts not being shipped, tires being back orderd, running out of welding wire/gas... forgetting the torch guages  and ontop of all of it. It was the first SAS any of us had done, the truck turned out great. I'll let Taylor fill in the details.

I must say though, using the torch and welding in 100 deg ambient heat... sucked. I think it was ~140 under the truck with the hood on.

I wanted to post pictures... but the site is not allowing them to be viewed directly.
Here are a couple direct links...

Any plans to lift the rear?

Seriously, it looks good!

No foo! We be lowerin it!

LOL he already tore apart a rear pack I had laying around for spare leafs, to get it level for Big Bear (August). Once he gets all the new rear parts in we are doing a buggy leaf setup, with 63's.

You should have seen Yunny's. I think he had about 20 degrees nose high going.
Sweet! We should have measured it. Once he loaded his bed down with tools and old parts he had a 1" between the tire and fender in the rear. 37's mmmmm.

LOL, yes that was funny. I was driving home in the dark cuz my stupid headlights were signaling the space shuttle instead of lighting up the road.

In the rear I canabalized an earlier toy pack and created a hybrid mix with the stock Taco pack that gave me around 3-4" so it came out pretty good. Only thing Im waiting on now is the 46" Alcans which should be here for Big Bear....I hope.

Big thanks goes out to Critter, Mikey, and Mike for helping with this project. The heat was pretty bad and at one point we all thought Critter might melt but he beat the heat.

Last big thing now is the crawler and then hopefully I can just maintain the darn thing and not have to think about building it up :)
