don't you love installing armor...after you break shit? :p

higher toward the rear would have been better but what you did will be a lot better than nothing. add a 2nd tube to the rear portion...higher...and a center vertical tube to add strength.

Man I did that the day after I glut it back from the body shop two weeks ago. I was pisees!

What do you mean by another rear tube?

Sent from my Samsung Galaxy SII running IceCreamSandwich
something like this. keep what you have and just add a top tube to the rear section to better protect the tail-lights.

Hey at least they haven't fallen off... :D

Im wasnt a fan of the batwings on my rear bumper either when i first made them, but after a while they grew on me. they work.
yup, they work great...have taken some hard hits with no issues.
besides, who the fuck cares what this sort of thing looks like, sheesh. Do all of you try to keep your sliders pretty too?

Just never been a fan of the prerunner style bed cut. Especially on a rock crawler.
If your bumper side wing was horizontal, it'd look good.
slides off rocks more easily with the rake...reason we went this way.
