Ok i changed this gasket prob 5 times now. The bolts keep falling out and then the gasket with it. Tryed double nutting, high temp locktight, metal lock nuts. They just rattle off. Well i decided to drill holes through the bolt and nut and cotter pin them... well go figure its leakin again. on of the cotter pins snaped.. What do i have left for options??? i was thinking welding the nut to the bolt

I'd just put a dab of JB weld on the nut...it should hold.

thats pretty odd, if ur up for it, i grinded off the welded nuts that are on the cat, replaced with stainless bolts/lockwashers/nuts, mine were siezed up

I took off my CAT and replaced it with a High Flow Magnaflow and a new LCE ProFlow exhaust(Magnaflow) and I was able to bolt it all up and have to have any leaks or loose bolts
