who cares if it has been done before...Looks like you have got a good base to start with. the benefits of more cab room and the SWB will be nice..Good luck...

There had been a D-cab bed posted in the Texas chapter that someone had found on craig's list for around $300...would be a cool conversion but like you said a pain to get the alignment right...looking forward to see your finished project
